I’d like to share my appreciation for James, from RAC MYAREE Service Centre, who showed genuine kindness and care when I really needed it. Great Service at RAC Myree. RAC Roadside Assistance identified an annoying front end noise was a faulty wheel bearing. I was able to book the car in at Myree at short notice. Turns out both front wheel bearings were faulty. The repairs were made while I waited, took three hours but there are many shops nearby and there is a customer lounge with a tv, tea and coffee so the wait time passed easily with a stroll to the shops followed by a coffee. Would not recommend this RAC auto service at any time. Horrible experience at every point. Over priced massive mark-up on parts and have cancelled my 38 year membership with the RAC due to this experience.
