DON'T GO FRIDAYS. THEY DON'T WORK. I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the way my wife was treated during her recent visit. The staff's attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, which is absolutely unacceptable. If services are not going to be properly provided on Fridays, then perhaps it would be more honest not to open at all. Very poor service. Took the car to get the fuel filter replaced and on return it was smelling of fuel for 2 weeks. On checking they said "it is normal for car to smell of fuel after repair". It's gone back to the RAC for further checking. Only good thing the towing service who seem to be professional.
Very disappointing I've been a customer for a number of years and my last service in Jan was my last visit. They changed my wipers for a cost of 130 dollars, yet they had only changed them 5 month prior in the previous service, for 130 dollars. I spoke to the very rude reception who gave me a standard answer with a smirk on her face, when I told her my car was having a warning light appear after the service she told me to call the booking centre and re book.
