I booked my Mazda 3 touring sedan 2017 in for a 102k service and asked for additional item ( install front seat covers- supplied by myself). What I received was an below standard service. The service consultant at the counter was courteous and ashowed me if they had a problem they would contact me. I arrived at 8am and was advised it would be ready at 11am or before. I've been going to the Bentley RAC Auto Services for years. The staff are polite and helpful and the servicing price is competitive. They seem to honestly evaluate what work is needed, and what is minor enough to leave and observe. Over the years they have repaired a number of serious issues with my vehicle. But after a recent issue, I think I will find an alternative. My car's wheel bearing was damaged. Motor went in Saturday to change oil fit a inlet pipe to turbo waitet until Tuesday 3 30 for it cost was unbeleivable couldnot change gearbox oil as i asked for too busy
