I contacted RAC online and selected RAC Bentley to complete a check on my DPF and my two front breaks. I was quoted $775, I asked for only these two issues to be worked on. It took 3 days for my car to be worked on and upon pickup I was told it came in cheaper than the quote. I was then given $1095 as the bill and saw that additional work had been completed on my car without my knowledge nor my consent. My old Subaru burst its water hose last weekend driving from Freo. Within 2 hours the car was checked and towed to Bentley RAC garage and all operators were polite and helpful. When I rang office Monday morning, the damage was quickly explained and completed by next day. The car was washed and the job done well, without problem. I thoroughly recommend this RAC office. Really friendly no nonsense team, communicated with me every step of the way for the service and diagnostic faults with my vehicle. 100% recommend RAC as the best insurance, roadside and garage that the everyday person can rely on without personally knowing or risking another autoshop.
Bad service They txt me it’s ok to pick my car at 11 :30am, When I get my car we can wait for another hour. The bad thing is they can’t fix my brake light They said to me to book again for another day for fix it up When I call again for booking again They said , they can’t make it again Very disappointed.
