Really friendly no nonsense team, communicated with me every step of the way for the service and diagnostic faults with my vehicle. 100% recommend RAC as the best insurance, roadside and garage that the everyday person can rely on without personally knowing or risking another autoshop.
Bad service They txt me it’s ok to pick my car at 11 :30am, When I get my car we can wait for another hour. The bad thing is they can’t fix my brake light They said to me to book again for another day for fix it up When I call again for booking again They said , they can’t make it again Very disappointed.
Prompt and friendly service
I booked my Mazda 3 touring sedan 2017 in for a 102k service and asked for additional item ( install front seat covers- supplied by myself). What I received was an below standard service. The service consultant at the counter was courteous and ashowed me if they had a problem they would contact me. I arrived at 8am and was advised it would be ready at 11am or before. I've been going to the Bentley RAC Auto Services for years. The staff are polite and helpful and the servicing price is competitive. They seem to honestly evaluate what work is needed, and what is minor enough to leave and observe. Over the years they have repaired a number of serious issues with my vehicle. But after a recent issue, I think I will find an alternative. My car's wheel bearing was damaged.
