Extremely disappointing experience with RAC. I trusted this business expecting a professional and reliable service, but what I experienced was the complete opposite. I took my car in for an air conditioning issue and was clearly advised that the problem could be resolved with regassing and a component replacement. Unfortunately, my experience with RAC has been one of the worst. Their handling was very poor, and their attitude was unprofessional. In some situations, it even felt like there were subtle threats instead of genuine support. Customer service was weak, and there was no real effort to resolve issues. Honestly, I would not recommend them. There are far better options out there in terms of professionalism and respect for customers.
Came in for wheel alignment and ac Regas They said AC was fine and couldn’t do alignment because suspension issues, I said fair enough so I wsked to investigate a brake light while car is still there said they will take the job and do diagnostics, didn’t do anything and charged me $250 for a safety inspection. Told me everything I already knew, did this despite being a safety inspection invoice from 2 months ago sitting on the passenger seat, even had the audacity to write no service history.
