brought a mazda 6 in for a service, they requested a rocket cover gasket done. i picked the car up and the car started smoking a week later, i popped the bonnet and the rocker cover was leaking very bad and oil was everywhere despite the invoice saying no oil leaks. called rac and they refuse to look at it till tommorow. unacceptable edit: they looked at the car and placed a new rocket cover in, and “degreased” it, i would like to thank shannon for his effort and genuine care to finish the car but the team in the workshop is... read more

On my way to nursing my car would not start Called RAC and they arrived very quickly After diagnosis of the problem my car got taken to Balcatta the next morning and it was fixed with 6 hours Excellent service 30 years with RAC and they are the best Very reliable excellent staff polite and great customer service Thanks very much
