My Son just had his car repaired in balcatta at RAC, he is only 17yo and unfortunately was taken advantage of here.. When you think you can trust the RAC… Maybe not.. He was he left with 2 tyres on 19PSi and other 2 at 24/25, car was unsafe imo and considering him spending his 3 pays for all repairs of total $1400, no service inc or car wash inc.. I’d avoiding going here as the service level and safety of the driver was not considered all…
RAC used to be a name you could trust, it is now just a rip off at every turn. RAC Service Centre Balcatta composed a list of items that were urgent repairs at $1500 on a vehicle that has only done 48,000kms. Checked by another mechanic, not urgent, not required, not even recommended. You disgrace RAC....
Bad service , do not get insured by RAC Australia wide !
