I really wish I could give this negative stars. I have been going through acceptance now for years and have never had any problems what so ever. Recently, they changed companies and someone else has taken over the lease. Well it's been nothing but hell since. The staff is unfriendly and rude and they don't listen to a single word you say. They changed the date of my payment without telling me, then charge the wrong account which put my order on delinquent.
