Angie the sales rep was terrific to work with -- knowledgeable, congenial, and responsive to my shifting needs due to the insurance claim. The installment team was terrific as well. I appreciated their flexibility in shifting their schedule to complete the job on consecutive days when a second day was needed. A totally positive experience overall.
I replaced wall to wall carpeting in the master bedroom with wood flooring recently. My experience working with Jo at Raby Home Solutions was wonderful. And this was during the holiday season when things can get hectic. Jo was knowledgeable about the different products, and did her best to get the installation done as quickly as possible. The install crew did a beautiful job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Raby to anyone for any flooring project.
We have worked with Raby Home Solutions for over 4 years on tile and flooring projects. I have recommended Angie to friends for projects and they have been very satisfied as well. Both Angie and Jo are helpful and pleasant when I've been in the Santa Fe store.
I wouldn't anything from this company. Some of their materials are outdated and they don't give you money back on their damaged products.
