The people that own and operate this facility are absolute crooks. Not sure of how they operate their business but as landlords they are slum lords, and that's me being nice. My mother paid these people a total of 800.00 a 400.00 dollar deposit and the first months rent of 400.00. She was told that there would be repairs made to the road prior to her moving in.
