Never enough tellers. Barley drive up open only 1 branch drive up. 2 banks in town. Used to be good but ridiculous...NOW. I am leaving after 40 years with. Made US tear up all checks because they changed THEIR coding... Cost everyone alot of $$.

I was there to make a couple deposits. My branch is usually the one in oak park. I visit AG because Letty is there and she’s wonderful. It seems like Letty was off this day 10/9/25. Another lady who I hadn’t seen before whose name is Laura was at the center. When I was in line I noticed her and the other manager were in a middle of a disagreement. It was a bit unprofessional and made things awkward. I don’t think I’ll visit thusbhranchcagin.
Never had issues with overdraft fees until now. Been banking here forever and will be changing banks as soon as possible. They issue overdrafts and will take them off when they feel necessary.
They have continued to make mistakes linking my self pay with AAA more than 3 times, I finally changed to chase bank and I should have 2 years ago
