Fined my teenager out the door due to statement fees. Charged her 46.00 in over draft fees. Did drop off 25 dollars in fees but I'm still closing the account. This bank wants fees. Not friendly or sympathetic. 17 year old didn't spend on the account accessively. Very disappointed.
Staff in the Red Bluff branch are very rude. I have experienced the same attitudes for over three years. The male in the Red Bluff branch is nice, he has never been rude, but the women are cold and talk down to you through interactions unfortunately. Finances are sensitive, private, and should feel like a respected interaction/space if/when in person bank interactions are needed.
