I was there from 2001 to 2002....the negative comments are correct my name is Keith Michael Moss! FACTS I watched the Towers fall as I went through my abuse...never will forget ANY of it. To those there with me at that time much love, to the staff Some were decent people, but the facilities/treatment of us youth as a whole was appalling. PERIOD!!!
