He's a very polite, kind, and attentive physician; but the office staff (except for scheduler) lack interpersonal skills. When I was informed they did not take my insurance, I asked how much it would cost (out of pocket) for my routine annual visit and the receptionist told me they could not tell me. Even a friggin auto shop gives you an estimate for a routine checkup. Funny thing, it's the new takeover by First Physicians Group (owned by SMH) that does not take my insurance (Humana PPO) but SMH does! How does that happen? F... read more

The scheduling staff is absolutely horrible. I was disconnected, and every time I’ve tried to call back, I just get a phone tree and then an answering machine. When I finally did get ahold of someone to ask basic questions about a physician, they couldn't answer them and insisted I talk to the new patient coordinator and then hung up on me. Incredibly rude and completely unprofessional.

This office must be the busiest/ most overworked. Each I make to the reaches an answering machine the states "we'll get back to you in 24 hours, but no one ever does. They're partnered with Aerocare. Any issue goes to Aerocare. That company cannot help with severe issues. Each year the care gets worse. Find a different doctor 's office.
