Concerns absolutely dismissed. Was recommend I get the same testing done because no communication was done as to details of the previously done test. If you want a doctor to listen and help you. This is not the right fit. This was also done via zoom where her appeared to be completely disheveled and she was wearing a baggy t-shirt she was trying to cover up with sweater the entire appointment. She maybe could’ve listened better if she had been awake more than 5 minutes and maybe took the time to put professional attire on.
Extremely unprofessional. Dr. Kiani was over 15 minutes late to our scheduled Zoom appointment and only joined after I called the office to ask if something was wrong. She never acknowledged the delay. During the visit, her child entered the room multiple times without any acknowledgment, which made the appointment feel disorganized and inappropriate, especially given the sensitive nature of the topics being discussed.
