This guy is very unprofessional and isn’t a man of his word , he ask for a deposits to hold his storage units in case someone else comes along and wants to buy the storage unit you request . I paid him $100.00 as discuss with him and upon our agreement that we made he didn’t answer the phone until the close of business and when the bank was close due to some business I had to attend to that day I was off work to go pay the remaining of the money to purchase the storage unit me being a truck driver it’s hard to handle busines... read more
We ordered a specific building and had a contract Stating the specifics. When it was time for delivery, they would not honor the contract and came up with excuses about how their contract was written and wanted over a $1000 more. Very dishonest company. Unless you are buying a building on the lot that you can physically see, avoid this business at all costs
I had a minor issue with my Heritage Building. But Mr. James Raber made it right to my satisfaction himself personally.
