Terrible service from Rabenorst at yesterday's service for a relative. The service was at Port Hudson National Cemetery and the cemetery only allowed 30 minutes for the service and were inflexible with the time. The Rabenhorst team arrived 15 minutes late with the deceased, 15 minutes after the service was to start. They got "lost" on the way to the cemetery. Really?
