Had to follow up with them three times, each time they said they would pop out to look at the fence in the next few days to give a quote but never did. Went with someone else
Poor quality workmanship, left us with a non-compliant pool fence, an automatic gate that needs thousands of dollars worth of repairs and incomplete building compliance documents despite paying for them and requesting multiple times that they be submitted. Would not recommend.
2 years later and still having trouble with fence. Unfortunately I think these guys are more suited to farm fencing way out in the remote communities. Tradesman they are NOT. Keep it REAL simple for them and don’t let Serg confuse his ambitions with his capabilities…..
Not at all professional, never turns up when he says he would. You will have to call him several times before he even picks his phone. Go elsewhere and don't waste your time.
