Tucker does not respond to calls. Very tough to get work done.
I was having issues with my 07 JKU and Tucker did a great job diagnosing the problems and getting to work ASAP. He corrected, replaced and adjusted everything that was wrong. He also kept me informed and sent me pictures and videos during the repairs! That was great & unexpected. When I need to, which I hope is a long time from now, I’ll go back to Rabble Rouser Off Road for sure.
We found Tucker when we were having problems with our Jeep after we had done a lot of work with another shop. He was not only able to fix those problems, but several others as well. He was super great to work with, took us in right away, was patient, gave us a ton of time and not only did he let us hang around while he was fixing our issues, but he made sure we understood the problem, the solution, and showed us all the work he did. I had a horrible shake in my F150. I got on the forums online and was I was convinced I knew what the problem was. Tucker took the time to take a ride in my truck with me and explain why my theory was wrong. He then referred me to a local place for alignment and tires and he was absolutely right. I appreciate him taking the time to help me even though it was no benefit to him. He used his knowledge and talent to help me instead of squeeze money out of me. Stand up guy and stand up business.
