If you have a complaint with one of the drivers don’t bother reporting it because they will take up for the driver because they are so low staffed. Just use headphones or act deaf your whole trip because the drivers in Gettysburg are very rude individuals and there’s nothing you can do about it because the people they tell you to make a report to won’t listen to you anyways they’ll say you’re the problem. This past month they call off with some bullshit excuse or they just quit. Something is going on with the company or the employees. It's literally ridiculous. People rely on the bus in this town. I can't wait to move out of this town. It's sad that this company in this town, that the rating is horrible. If you move here, You better have a vehicle or live in town.
You dont care one bit anout customers! I just watched an older wans things go fly cuz of bus driver and he was so mean about
