Appliances are old and barely work, dryer was broke for four months before they replaced it even with several maintenance requests. The basement apartments are dingy and creepy. Cheapest in the area for a reason. Maintenance does not seem to know what they are doing. Moved into burn holes in flooring and bad/unpatched walls.
While I was never a resident here, I want to leave a review for the property manager. After I gave her many days to return my phone call about moving forward with signing and hearing nothing, I came to the office to try and introduce myself and make contact. From the beginning the manager was short with me, insinuating I was at fault for not making an appointment - for the record, the phone call for the properties always goes straight to voicemail and there is seemingly no way to directly contact the office. Great apartments. Friendly work place and environment.
I love Rabbit Ridge!! This is a great place to live and very affordable. The maintenance requests are always fixed very quickly and the manager is very nice and helpful. Appliances are good quality and apartments are nicely furnished. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone with no complaints.
