I had a great experience with Sam at Rabbit Floors. All I needed was a replacement trim piece for my flooring, yet he took the time to walk me over to the warehouse and sort through what he had on hand to find me the right piece. It was impressive customer service when very little revenue was on the line. I will use Rabbit Floors next time I have new flooring installed.
We recently built a home in a new GL community and decided to outsource the floors for our 2nd floor and stairs. Rabbit Floors was highly recommended by our neighbors, but we ended up getting quotes from multiple vendors. Rabbit's quote came in slightly under than the other vendors, but more importantly we felt comfortable working with a local family company that has a ton of experience within our community. HIGHLY recommend!!! We’ve used rabbit floors for our previous house and new house and we’ve had such a great experience working with them during both projects. We replaced old carpet with engineered hard wood floors and it is a dramatic transformation! The company is awesome to work with - they’re prompt and their work is meticulous.
