Rabbi Lawrence was amazing! He communicated effectively and clearly with us regarding our son’s bris and Hebrew name. He dealt with a venue change and was very flexible and accommodating. We had several non Jewish and other Jewish family and friends present. He led an inclusive ceremony and had a beautiful singing voice. Rabbi Lawrence was phenomenal at every stage of the bris process. He was thoughtful about responding to my requests for the ceremony, and he was able to made sure everyone in attendance (from observant Jews to non-Jews attending their first bris) could understand and participate in the traditional, inclusive ceremony. Guests at the bris continue to comment on how moving they found it, even weeks later. We had a wonderful experience with Rabbi Lawrence. We're a pretty non-traditional family, and he was so warm & non-judgmental throughout the whole process. The ceremony was beautiful, and he took the time to explain all the different parts so everyone could appreciate the meaning & history of the words & gestures.
