Although I liked the system, I am very unhappy with the company. The salesman either lied to me or didn't do his job. I was planning to build a new house on the same property and wanted a better water softener, so I had a consultation. The salesman told me I could get the system with my old house and then they could come move it to the new house for free when that time came.
