HORRIBLY disappointed in the visit. His approach to everything was dismissive and uninterested in patient or in providing care/direction.
Dr. Rabalais performed a total right knee replacement on me and after surgery he visited me to reassure me that my knee was ready for standing. I have not had any pain since my surgery. Dr. Rabalais and staff are very professional. Thanks for bringing me back to moving again.
Every appointment came with a wait that was over an hour, and his bedside manner is rude and arrogant. I have since made an appointment with another ortho with the hopes I will finally get some answers, or at least a doctor who listens to his patients. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Absolutely awful.
