A great historic relic from Louisiana's past well worth the visit.
We are so very pleased with the job that Steve Rabalais and his team did with our dream home! They made the entire process very easy and finished the build on time and (slightly) under budget! Highly recommend!
The owner, Steve Rabalais, stood on my porch promising he would replace all of my grass that his workers destroyed when working on the house next door over several months. It's been a year now. After multiple reminders I have sent to him, he has ignored me and never replaced the my grass.
**2nd UPDATE** It has been over one year and Rabalais Homes has failed to correct their many errors and the many code violations. Would a quality builder ever refuse to correct their own errors? Would a honest builder ever refuse to correct safety code violations? **UPDATE** Rabalais Homes has failed to correct their many errors and the many code violations in my house. How often does Rabalais Homes build homes with code violations? The five homes located on the lake just one block from their office will answer that question... read more
