I made an appointment to see Dr Rabadi because my previous pulmonologist left the practice at Buffalo Medical Group .he was referred to me as being an excellent pulmonologist. I Made an appointment waited 2 months and I went to the wrong location as I was not advised it was at a different location. I called to see what happened and the secretary Noreen if I'm not mistaken she was very rude she was not compassionate and did not care she spoke to me very disrespectfully. Dr. Rabadi and his staff are amazing. Dr. Rabadi is the most caring Dr. I have ever been too. Very professional and has a great sense of humor as well. #1
First visit for a second opinion and I was immediately impressed with his knowledge and all the questions he asked, how well he listened and how he explained things in detail. Very thorough and is actually doing testing to figure out my problem. Super friendly and great bedside manner! I was so glad I finally found a dr who I really feel comfortable with and is actually doing something! Staff extremely nice as well. My whole experience was great. Hubby was even happy with him. Sense of humor as well!
Naturally talented and experienced, genuinely concerned, intuitive bedside manor, trustworthy almost instantly. What other doctors should emulate in their practices, so that patients are not only compliant but feel certain about their care, knowing they are in the hands of someone who realizes the weight of that responsibility and carries it well.
