I found out about 60 days after I purchased the jacket that the zipper didn't work (I didn't try the zipper until then-just checked for fit before winter arrived). I tried to call RAB seven times during their stated business hours by phone and got the message to try back later as no one was available. I wrote to them instead and got an immediate response, which was to send the jacket in at my expense and, if it was clean enough (they charge $25 for a cleaning fee if it isn't), then they will consider whether they would help ... read more

****** from RAB compromised my personal information in an attempt to follow up on an alleged debt. He failed to provide the preliminary information and just called and demanded that I hand over a card without even stating who or what the debt was in reference to. Then I guess he did a random search and found a bogus email an attempted to include it only to include someone unknown in an email communication with personal information contained in it. Company utilizes scare tactics and harassment.

They are really good at trying to talk to you like you are an Idiot. They send a letter under my 13 years old name for a ridiculous amount ( less than $20 ), I called them and asked why is the reason of this letter under my child name, when she is a minor and I as her mother am her guarantor, and I have always been responsible for her medical bills. I paid in full my bills I received a call from this number regarding a payment supposedly not received, I went to the dental office that took the payment and explained to them that I would be taking legal action if I take a hit on my credit score now I am waiting for them to resolve this with this 3rd party collection agency. PS I don't owe anything to anyone. I'm upset because they had no reason to contact me.

I will never forget how bad of an experience I had with Ken A**** from RAB INC. He did nothing but harass me and call my parents, which I'm not even sure how he got their numbers. He calls my dad, who was in the hospital with cancer at the time, stressing him out even more, bringing him into a situation he doesn't need to be a part of. They're really good at harassing you and threatening you. K A**** especially would not stop sending me emails, contacting my loved ones even though I was the only one on the account. I have even settled the balance and still continue to receive such emails from this place, including my personal information.

Mr. H***** from RAB, the head of RAB's legal department, is one to be trusted. He is both unscrupulously honest as well as very knowledgeable in all that he does on a claim. If he is unsure of something, he doesn't' make things up, but instead works and finding out the correct answer.

This Company first reached out in regards to a debt. We were happy to set up a payment plan with them. One day after receiving the letter we spoke with John H*** and let him know the best we could do at the moment. We were under the impression it was resolved and moving forward with a payment plan.
