Terrible experience with Raaz Inc a place with bad attitude! purchase $1800 outfit gave them measurement ask them to add on sleeve, remove crinoline and layers of fabric due to health issues but nothing made changes and shipped to me and when i return and said don't want the way it came they started hurrahing text message that, had to call BBB and IL Business department. To the store owner a piece of advice Please teach your employee manners how to deal with customer weather they come as single a person or with her parents Tell your employee Don’t assume that someone who is young comes in to your store by herself that perhaps she doesn’t know anything let me l Inform you that is exactly how your employee treated my daughter too bad you lost doing business with me and my daughter Sometimes lessons are learned from mistakes

Most amazing place ...best customer service.. I bought a beautiful outfit here and the staff here went out of the way to cater to all my wants. I will highly recommend this place..
