I had a concern with an order that was delivered. The picture that I got from the recipient looked like there were only 2 roses and some greenery. The shop contacted the recipient apologizing and offering to send another arrangement. Come to find out the picture I got was just a bad angle, and there were at least 10 flowers in the arrangement. I appreciated the prompt and curtious actions from the shop.
This florist has such beautiful flowers and the they were wrapped so beautifully. A friend has flowers sent to my sister for a special occasion, I was just in awe of the white roses and how beautifully they arrived at the house. I will consider sending flowers in the future for a special occasion. I highly recommend Raavis Flowers and Gifts!!
I order mine for someone two days ago and they said if orders was put in before 2pm same day delivery. Than I tried canceling because it wasn’t same day delivery. They said UPS already had it and no they didn’t at that time. Now it won’t be tell tommarrow. Plus offering a refund because they didn’t have my original order available. How bad are these people trying to lose business. Because this is a bad experience
