Quality of workmanship was good but material is cheap. For $12000 I would of expect much more. I can easily bend the metal and our 75 pound dog ran right through it. Very disappointed.
Raatz installed a fence for a neighbor along my property line where we had just planted and mulched several new plants. When digging their holes they dumped dirt all over our new plants with no regard for our property. I was cleaning it up the best I could and one of their workers approached me and said they'd take care of it. I explained to him that, "No offense, but I don't trust people who would even do this to clean it properly". He snapped back and said, "We use an auger so we don't have a choice". The gate seems to have not been fully and properly installed. Raatz Fence Company did not put all bolts in my fence gate. Which were necessary. Now my fence gate is falling down, and I have had no call back from the company after several attempts to reach them.
been waiting on a quote for a couple weeks now... have called three times for the quote w no return call...the day before the estimator was supposed 2 come, he was supposed 2 call. ...no call...pulled up from work and he was in the drive....terrible follow ups...dont recommend at all

Raatz installed 70 feet of 4' dog eared fence and black welded wire to existing fencing. I was amazed how efficient the men worked. They were all very professional and the price was hard to beat. My fence looks fantastic. I would definitely use them again for a fence install.
Faster than anticipated and Cindy at the office was great to talk to when a neighbor had concerns.
Initial install was great and a decent price. When it came for a simple repair that took less than 2 hours felt we got gouged.
