At first in person doctor seemed nice. Over time though I had many many issues with communication between his staff and myself, his staff and him, etc. I have a chronic illness that a have been taking a medication to manage it for over two years and when I started going to Roubey he took over maintenance on this medication. Since it is a controlled substance for bowel issues I have to get a new prior authorization once a year. Update I will be changing my provider from Dr. Rand Roubey my last visit will be today, had a bad infection went to ER and asked them to test for STD and STI even though I didn’t think it was, my test came back Negative and I had a follow up with my Primary Care Dr. Raad Roubey then went back to the ER but they took forever so the Gynecologist was able to squeeze me in because I still felt the infection but my test was Negative again, I had back pain and it hurt to Pee so I had a severe UTI how did My primary Care not review... read more
Dr. Roubey is always kind, knowledgeble and concerned about my well being.
After stressing for 3 weeks about stomach issues, I went to this Dr. When he walked he gave me a look of disgust. He asked what was wrong I told him I’d been having stomach pains and I always feel nauseous, verbatim he says “I don’t do that kind of work “ I said okay well “what could you have helped me with” he says again “I don’t do that kind of work” he checked my breathing, touched my belly that is it!
