I was at RAAC at St. Paul’s Hospital with my son March 3rd. 2026. We ended there by accident as I spoke to someone on the phone and thought it was detox he’s going to. I was shocked how rude one of the workers who works there is. He is Caucasian mail tall big guy. I understand their job is hard, I myself in two houses being there witnessed a lot. Doctors are great, receptionist is terrible to deal with.
Horrible service, left a patient with high benzo is with zero medicine and he had a seizure minutes after Do not go there, the collage of doctors needs to investigare
They constantly forget to fax medications and have left my girlfriend to suffer and be in withdrawal once again, they never pick up the phone so you can’t call them. Unbelievable behaviour honestly if it was just one time I would not be complaining but it’s happening constantly and I don’t know what I can do for her now but drag her through the ER and she just got a job and is getting her life in order. Very unreliable people that don’t seem to care.
Schedule before or show up *before 9am* for same day treatment (limited spots so not guaranteed) My experiences with the RAAC team was phenomenal. They are compassionate and nonjudgmental, caring and extremely knowledgeable and will work with you and adjust treatment or medication accordingly to the best of their ability but cannot accommodate everything.
