Raabe always provides great service and genuinely cares about its customers.
This was the worst service I’ve ever gotten, very unprofessional and caused my transportation assistance to be late for work, I kept getting bounced around like a different service attendant every time I called finally I was forced to ask to speak with a manager who didn’t follow up with me as promised and I was charged for something warranty should have covered and the part I had to pay was much more than what they told me on the phone and to top it off it was 8 minutes till closing and they knew I was on the way because I ... read more
