I was greeted with such warmth by Charlie and Julianna at the front desk. My hygienist Brynn was so gentle and thorough. Both Dr Raabe and Dr Messer stopped in to say hello. Such a great appointment!
What a scam. Went in on July 3 at 12:55 to get a crown cemented back on - that’s it - no other services. They charged me $195 for a new patient service, made me wait over an hour then came in and told me they are going to charge me $370 to have the technician glue it back on. The Dentist wasn’t even going to see me. Avoid this money grab place at all cost!
Saw me on short notice, identified the chipped tooth problem, and fixed it skillfully and quickly. Thanks!
I went in as a new patient for xrays and a full examination/assessment of my mouth. I will say that i need some serious work done. Dr. Raabe was very thorough and explained things clearly. He was respectful and considerate of my situation and really gave me the time of day to discuss options and details while answering any questions I had the very best he could.
