The office is a mess. My BF’s prescription has been either not filled out completely or just plain wrong on multiple occasions. (His prescription cannot just be called in to a pharmacy. It must be picked up.) And too many times he has brought it to the pharmacy only to he told it doesn’t have the correct info on it and cannot be filled. The Best Doctor in the area!! You may wait but he is worth it, his Nurse Practitioners are amazing. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful.
Been our family doctor for decades. The best diagnostician I've ever even heard of. He's busy and you wait awhile in his office for a reason.
The doctor and nurse practitioner are great, but there's a few things that aren't so great about the office itself. The wait time is at least 45 minutes or more. There have diffinitly been times where other patients come in after me and go in before me. Good luck trying to get a hold of your physician on the phone. When you do get someone on the phone you're questioned like crazy (understandable for some situations) and almost feels like they're trying to talk you out of your concerns before even talking to your physician. We have been going to Dr. Raab for over 22 years and find him to be an excellent doctor.
Dr.Raab is the simply the best! He has correctly diagnosed when multiple specialists could not find the cause of my symptoms. His office is well organized and very friendly and efficient.
If the staff doesn't like you forget it . They dont submit referrals and lie about it . They control the office. Dr. Raab needs to be more involved in what the main staff does.(Mary,Kate). He has no clue how dangerous there actions can be.
Mrs i have nver had less then a one hour wait. No apoligies are ever made for the long wait. Once in the care is good, but this is too long to wait in a germ filled doctors office
Great Doctor! I love Dr. Raab; I have been going to him for my entire life and I would never go to anyone else. His entire staff makes going to the doctor a totally positive experience. The atmosphere is totally comforting and it is located right in the middle of Ocean City. I would definitely recommend his practice to anyone.
