My review is for Courtney Hardy specifically and not just RA studios. I went in for a major chop and went over my expectations when scheduling my appointment and when I arrived. I wanted to get a wolf cut with some shaggy layering. After Courtney washed my hair I went over my expectations again to make sure we were on the same page. During my appointment she continued to bang her acrylic nails into my scalp while blow drying my hair and yanked my head while trying to remove knots.
