Rapor is absolutely the best Salon in Hampton Roads! Marie and her whole team of talented artists are there to support you! Truly an uplifting environment full of wonderful people that are a joy to be around.
Marie is the best and she always makes me feel comfortable. She’s such a joy as well as her staff is also SO amazing!!! She gets my color right every single time ♥️
