They were the only company to get me a quote by the next morning. Most other companies advised they couldn't get to me until the next day or after. The repairs were done well and he let me know about some other issues he noticed that I could address before they become an issue. I find that kind of professionalism refreshing. Most others would say I need another repair and just quote me without taking the time to advise options.

My shower started leaking ridiculously. I called RA Nichols and when they came out, they basically explained that due to my shower being pretty much 50 years old. They did not have the parts to fix it, but they could replace it with a modern unit. After doing some searching over the weekend, I decided to go with it and I have to admit I am quite impressed with how fast it was done and how well it looks.
Very knowledgeable company, who was able to help with leaking pipes underground. They came up with a creative solution to rewire water pipes to solve the issue.
Mike P went above & beyond to repair our problem. He and his assistant were professional and courteous. All repair steps were explained thoroughly.
