Abu, Mike and Greg were very professional and did a great job installing my new HVAC.
Nick again was great!
The RA Nichols team is very good. I signed up for their maintenance plan and got my service scheduled within days. Mike did a through plumbing inspection and fixed my leaking shower head within days of me accepting the estimate. The service has been great and I like that fact that they are local.
Had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday morning, and decided to give R.A. Nichols a call. Unfortunately, we required 2 visits from RA Nichols recently. Orlando was amazing. He explained everything in detail and consistently explained what he was doing as he was doing it. While we waited for another team member (I forget his name) to arrive with needed equipment, we had a conversation about plumbing and he took us on a tour of our home pointing out the good and not so good plumbing items. It was very helpful. We will always use RA Nichols!
