My AC broke down and I needed someone to come out the same day. By the time she called me back, over an hour and a half later, they weren't able to come out and all of the other companies were going to charge me an overtime price. The receptionist was super old and not helpful. If you want quick service, don't even bother calling them. Thanks for screwing me over and costing me more money!
