Nestor is the absolute best!!! We have a split zone system and the heat pump for upstairs (from 2004!) finally bit the dust. The downstairs heat pump and air handler was replaced 5 years ago through home warranty (which I have cancelled). Great communication, punctual and dependable. RA Home Services encapsulates everything that is nice about working with a small business. We have used RA Home Services twice for general HVAC maintenance and have been very pleased with the quality of service.
Nestor is fantastic. Was able to come out and diagnose the problem with my furnace the day I called, while other places I tried were booked until next week. He took care of the issue quickly and at a reasonable price, and now I'm warm again. I'll definitely keep RA on hand for future HVAC needs.
Nestor from RA HVAC helped us replace a ductless mini split in the basement of our house. He was very quick and professional. The installation was a breeze and well within reasonable price. He also installed a surge protector to prevent any damage to the main control board. I highly recommend RA HVAC for their promptness and professionalism. We are very happy with the new mini split and look forward to continuing our relationship with Nestor in the future for other heating/AC service needs!
