Cohen did an amazing job with our sump pump replacement! So knowledgeable, friendly, professional and thorough. Amazing timing! They were so responsive when our pump went out during the very heavy rain storms!
They were called to come into my grandmas basement and try to find out why there was standing water on the ground. My grandma hardly ever goes into the basement so we do not know how long this has been happening. A and R was called out to figure out where the leak was coming from. (Let me remind you this is literal puddles of water) they charged her 180 dollars to caulk the bottom of the main floor toilet and recommend a tile/grout person. Nothing against the actual guys doing the work. This is really just a reflection of the business itself. Replacing 4 shutoff valves and what was supposed to be tightening a sink drain turned into a $773 bill. I also had them look at the kitchen faucet (which I had someone else install.) The cold line was pinched so the cold water was a trickle. They told me the faucet was bad so I ordered another one and had them back out since I was told I wouldn't be charged another service call fee. Again the worker that came out was very... read more
They charged me a small fortune to put in an outdoor faucet. Now I have need for some more plumbing work and they have lost me as a customer for one outdoor faucet.
They were great and responsive when I had a failed water heater, they came out the next business day and got my old one out and the new one installed in April. There is a leaking / failed union on the hot water side, I called in October and didn't get a response so I called and sent pictures in November and didn't get a response, my third call they said they would check in to the warranty and get back to me and set up a service call.
