I tried to become a customer but could not. I used the online "Do you know your bike size? -Get Help Here" to get sized for a Pinarello X3/5 before driving two hours to Brooklyn to setup & buy. Took two days for a reply with a follow up email asking me to verify something. It's now going on 4 days since my return reply and nothing from RA Cycles back to me. I really wish businesses would not have online inquiry if they don't have a decent SLA for responing.
Awesome Experience, I came in looking for a bike for my Girlfriend. I wasn’t sure of much. But, had the pleasure of dealing with Phil. Who more than answered all my questions to put me on the right track. The shop is loaded with every thing cycling from A to Z. Great experience.
Absolutely abysmal customer service and outright lying about orders and shipping costs and times. Cynthia is an outright liar and scammer. The claim they’re aware that the shipper they use is problematic, yet don’t work with customer and lie about phone interactions with customers and no help working with shipping company to figure out where a shipment is.
Thought they were super helpful. Both workers took their time to help me pick out the right shoes. Sheila especially was a big help. I'll definitely be returning.
