I called for an estimate, for a starter replacement, as I was given a referral by AAA. They had the part & I phoned ahead and my vehicle was repaired within 1.5 hrs, even with my request for a tire check and a windshield washer cap replacement. They kept their word with the quote , and it didn’t require extra work or parts . They accept cash or credit card. The owners were pleasant & friendly & the mechanic was friendly and quick and let me know when it would be finished.
I got a flat tire on highway 10 and R&A just happened to be the closest tire store. They had the trailer tires I needed in stock and were able to get me in and out super fast. I really lucked out finding R&A!
Mother went in for fuel pump replacement. Charged 450 for the pump itself, when delphi pump is only 250$ do not go here unless you want to be upcharged and scammed
Our car started making a terrible sound on our drive to Coachella and turns out something was dragging from the bottom. We were able to pull in to R&A and Ricardo helped us out. We were in and out very quickly because it seemed to be a simple problem. He was super nice and showed us what was going on so we could see for ourselves. So glad that we found this place on our way.
These guys are great. We were on our way from Mexico up to Mammoth California in our Jeep wrangler. I had just had a new clutch put in a few weeks prior. We were all loaded down with stuff, 115° F, and the clutch went AGAIN. Roberto and the guys were able to get right on it (had to ren a car to continue the trip) and the vehicle was done earlier than expected and slightly UNDER the estimate.
