Mi Hijo compró un vehículo en Noviembre 2022 y nunca recibió el título, hemos estado peleando con esta gente hace un año y solo le resolvían con placas temporales ya hemos presentado una queja al DMV y igual el préstamo del vehículo subió el interés por la falta de registracion. Tremendo problema tenemos ahora.

To late to advise anyone not to visit this establishment, by now most are aware Alexander Chavira owner RA auto group was selling cars without the titles to Myself included . Same as the other comment , I filed a complaint texas dept of motor vehicles they told me the dealer had gone out of trust and to seek an attorney since there was a lien put on the car after I had purchased while I was waiting for the title . If you happen to come upon this dealership! RUN! For your sanity RUN! I bought a car last July 2022, didn’t receive my title that I was told would go to my bank within 30 days, it was not until my monthly payments went up with the bank I realized they never received the title. Called for weeks trying to get the title! No luck only to find out they declared bankruptcy! I had to title the vehicle for my self which cost me almost 2g! Would give half a star if I could, talked to sales person was in the process of getting my trade ins appraised. Salesman sold car never advised me nor ever wrote me back. I had to message them and ask details really disappointed. Seems like a good company hopefully will try again later down the road.
