I really appreciate the friendly environment, which helps me and others push ourselves towards a healthier lifestyle, especially given the current economy. Coach Isabel is great she makes it fun while paying attention to everyone who may need help . It’s somewhat budget-friendly, but the friendly and motivating atmosphere makes it worth it.
Everyone was very friendly, and I appreciated the encouragement from other members, including Coach Candice. She also helped me with movements I was unfamiliar with.
R6 is a welcoming CrossFit gym. Coach Candace is very organized with her time and keeps the workouts flowing smoothly. She provides clear technical guidance when needed and is always encouraging, supportive, and welcoming.

The community at R_6 CrossFit is immaculate! Marcos is a great coach! He helped me with my snatches, one of the hardest movement in CrossFit! He gave ideas to better my form and stayed until I got it down! I have a lot to work on but I’ve came a long way in 6 months. CrossFit does help you on an everyday lifestyle and help with mobility, which we lose as the years go by. I love CrossFit and everyone at R_6!
