I love our house! It is exactly how we wanted it to be. We love Brady, Sunni and Al. R5 met our needs for our home. We used CJL Builders for our deck. Andy, with Touch of Life for our landscapers. We are very happy with the location and our home. We would happily give 5+ stars to R5!
Our home was built in November of 2023. During the middle of last year, we noticed the walkway on the side of our home starting to sink. We alerted R5 about this prior to the year mark of our home being built, and their resolution was to just text a link to concrete lifting company. We asked if there was anything they can do to assist with the cost, but they said that because we were the second owners, the warranty for the concrete doesn’t transfer. Would NOT recommend building a home with R5. This was the worst experience ever! Al promised us many things that he backed out on. Afsaneh (Sunni) was super condescending and not easy to work with at all. If you decide to build with them GET EVERYTHING DISCUSSED WRITTEN OUT AND SIGNED.. or it WILL NOT happen. So Disappointed!!! Our experience with R5 has been really difficult. We worked with Sunni to design and setup our forever home with an ADU for our son with autism. From the beginning we felt like ‘family’, were told we were, and treated as such. We wanted to move a couple of walls around, no problem, they were very accommodating in that respect, everything seemed to be going well.
