R4 Restoration did an amazing job! They responded to our water damage immediately and resolved it within 24 hours. The team estimated expenses reasonably and gave our insurance company assurance that they were ethical and priced right. We had only a couple of hiccups with the timeline and delivery of some items. I write this review to let you know what to expect when a major house flood happens and how R4 helped me deal with it. I had a massive full basement flood due to a busted pipe that ran for hours. R4 had 2 crew members work past midnight in order to get the bulk of the water out. A few hours later they had 8-10 dehumidifiers and countless fans that ran for days, all the while constantly testing the moisture levels.
