Can not believe Patrick would insult us by calling us GHETTO and mock us for doing business with him. I will be honest, through the construction phase things were fine, but post-construction R3 and Patrick were very slow to respond, would not answer calls, and would only text us. When he asked for a post-construction punch-list, he claimed existing conditions were to the reason for damages. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! They will say anything they can to get your money! Highly untrustworthy company! If you want to lose your money,then hire them. Do your homework when it comes to this company. They have screwed multiple people over, look at all reviews on all platforms..The owner tried to pay me not to leave a bad review so he can continue to screw people over!
