A five-star review is not enough to describe the amazing experience I had with this company. A family friend recommended them when their water heater broke. They only spoke wonders about them. They did an unbelievable work at my mother-in-law's house with great attention to detail and a quick turnaround on the work. They have great customer service on top of that.
My house experienced immense water damage while I was at Navy boot camp. My mother and sister hired R3BUILD after a family friend recommended them. Although I never had the pleasure of speaking or meeting with Marisa and Cory, my mother and sister spoke wonders about them. They were kind and honest, and they always did everything they could to help my family. We had issues with our insurance, and they were with us every step of the way. If there was a zero star ranking I would submit it. Corey Germon (owner) and an assistant came to our house for an estimate on our master bathroom 1 week prior to Beryl, and told us they would get us an estimate. We reached out to them today, almost a month later, and was told they never worked an estimate and have no plans to put one together. They are horrible with communication and that is a key characteristic you want in a contractor. I highly recommend not using this company.
If I could give 10 stars to Cory and his team, it still wouldn’t be enough! We had a water heater fail in our attic while we were on vacation, letting 1600 gallons of water through our two story house, damaging every single room on both floors and leaving us with basically a full renovation.
