I need a hip replacement and everyday I am in excruciating pain. I saw what was strange to me, cryotherapy. I googled it and saw that Cryotherapy aided in the relief of pain. I walk with a limp and I’m in pain every day. After just one cryotherapy session I felt better. I joined their membership and started going every other day. Had my first ever cryotherapy session at R3 and was blown away by how invigorating I felt afterwards. Natalie helped walk me through the process verbally during my 3 minutes in the cryotherapy tank which was very informative.
I get blinding ocular migraines and the cryotherapy completely took away the tunnel vision and blinding aspect just a few minutes after being in the tank. It also took the edge of the pain aspect of the migraine after about 10-15 minutes and brought it down to a tolerable dull roar. This is my go to as soon as one starts. I also have fibromyalgia and this does WONDERS for the pain and swelling, especially if I go around 3 times a week. This place is a literal life saver for me.
