Over 40 years of home ownership you meet a few AC and heating people. From the first conversation I had with Randy to when Fabian walked out the door leaving me with a correctly operating system, both gentlemen were competent, professional, on time, and they stayed at it until the job was done correctly. They even caught something that should not have passed inspection when the home was built and corrected it. I rarely write reviews. I am happy to share my positive experience with R3.

R3 came out within 30 minutes of my call - Great service! I have an older system and R3 AC had to run a completely new wire, as the other wire was good @ both ends, but was shorting somewhere along the way. They got me up & running quickly, which I appreciated in the Texas heat! Going forward, R3 A/C & Heating is the only AC company that I’ll deal with. Thank you, Randy!
