Had an issue with my air-conditioning and instead of charging me a service call and other repair cost, they gave some advice and offered suggestions on how to fix it over the phone. In the end a simple reset was all it needed. Thanks R2MA for you help.
I dealt with Morris a few times for an A.C. repair & even though he was fully booked out, he was very helpful. He was very honest in his dealing with me & even suggested I should contact the Company as the unit was under warranty, which I wasn't aware of. I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism. Would definitely recommend him to other customers.
Mua is knowledgeable, honest & professional. A job over & beyond what we expected. Raised our current unit off the ground & mounted it to the brick wall outside. Cleanup was perfect. It was an urgent job & he fit us in. Also provided the most competitive quote. I also felt comfortable with him in my home because of his professionalism & sincerity. Highly recommend. Mua came to quote and provided a fair price in comparison to other quotes we obtained for an AC installation. He was very professional & friendly and came on time as per appointment scheduled. Bonus points as the place was left spotless once the job was completed and all of the rubbish was removed. Thanks for the great work Mua, would highly recommend to others!
