Wow, pretty bad reviews. My experience thankfully was different. There was a slight delay in shipping but they refunded my shipping charge without even asking. It was only a few days late. This air filter is for my 2021 Honda Talon. Excellent product. Great quality. Super impressed. It fixes a known issue with the air filters from the factory not sealing well. Very happy with them and their product.

We were hired to do this companies IT work and they never paid their invoices leaving us out of thousands. They even had the nerve to call us months after we had to terminate their contract for non payment. Collin will steal your money in any way he can. Stay clear of this company.

Ordered a filter paid for express freight, received the filter and was the wrong size. I contacted Colon he asked me to send it back for a full refund in November of 2018, I still have not received my refund of approximately 600$ I call weekly just to get the runaround. Accounting dept won’t return phone calls either. Piss poor operation.

Purchased an intake from this company on Sept 28th, 2018 from Colin directly via the phone with a charge card. After countless emails, texts, phone calls (which now go straight to answering machine) I've not received it. 1/28/19 and no intake for my Genesis Coupe. They even went as far to make up countless stories about items being lost, ups losing items, items being stuck at some random shipping warehouse, accountant changes, new credit card machines blocking refunds, USPS losing my refund check, etc. Filled BBB and pursui... read more

Happy to take your money quick. Not so good at sending the goods. I was told by Colin via email and phone that my filters had been sent but the paper work was wrong and they would be resent urgently however I followed up the next day via email and then the following day and no responses. I am taking legal action against this firm as there inability to provide a service paid for and promised to us has essentially meant we were unable to run our cars to schedule. r2c performance products is a fake company!!!!!!! Colin and Ryan are two crackheads out of Illinois that have been taking peoples money on the idea that you will receive a dyno proven CAI intake and do not send anything in the mail and will lie about tracking and shipping information. **** beware of this scam**************

Product sold did not match website pic, clear air cleaner housing. It was cheap black plastic. Returned part and months got a different product. Its a cheap flimsy rubber filter top housing. Still waiting on Collin to refund difference. Owes me about $150.00 DO NOT BUY FROM R2C PERFORMANCE. Also has several FACEBOOK accounts.
